Referral Program Terms & Conditions

The NYK1 Referral Program allows NYK1 customers to earn a commission by referring your social media following, friends or family members to NYK1. By participating in the Referral Program, you (the “Referrer”) agree to abide by these Referral Program Terms & Conditions.

About Our Referral Program

Qualified Referral: Referrers will receive a commission for each Qualified Referral. A “Qualified Referral” is defined as a first purchase made at www.NYK1.com by a person (a "Referred Customer") who arrives to our website by clicking your NYK1 Referral Program link or uses your discount code. Commissions paid out are inclusive of VAT. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address). We automatically disqualify suspicious referrals. If someone you referred made his or her first purchase using your NYK1 referral link and you didn’t receive credit, your referral might have been flagged as suspicious. Referral Rewards: For you to earn a commission as a Referrer, the Referred Customer must complete an order on NYK1.com; which is not later cancelled or refunded. Referral commission is calculated as per each specific offer. Please note that your referral link and/or code cannot be used on coupon sites, please note that NYK1 Referral payments are discretionary and any offer may be paused or amended at any time. 

Right to Close Accounts

NYK1 reserves the right to suspend or close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and all payments are approved as discretion by NYK1. NYK1 reserves the right to change an approved decision on a payment. No affiliate links or codes are to be posted on any NYK1 social media posts. This may result in your code being withdrawn and no commission being paid on orders. 

Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms

NYK1 reserves the right to cancel the NYK1 Referral Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
